It’s our Formula #1 in a bottle, minus the vinegar and salt.  All the peppers, herbs, garlic, and onions are in there. Use with caution as this will create the world’s most powerful food. 

Ingredients:
Ground Chilis (Trinidad Scorpion, Bhut Jolkoia, Carolina Reaper, Red Habanero, Cayenne, Jalapeno), basil, thyme, sage, garlic, onion.

Unripe Habanero and other rowdy juvenile hot peppers are dried and powdered with lime basil, oregano, garlic, onions, and other spices.  Very potent, very tasty, and of course, salt free.

Ingredients:
Ground Chilis (Trinidad Scorpion, Bhut Jolkoia, Carolina Reaper, Red Habanero, Cayenne, Jalapeno), lime basil, oregano, sage, garlic, onion.

Fire, smoke, earth, tang, savor. Those are a few words you might be able to get out before the flavor overtakes you and you need another bite.  Made with smoked peppers, cumin, oregano, and other ground herbs and spices with no salt.

Ingredients:
Smoked Ground Chilis (Trinidad Scorpion, Bhut Jolkoia, Carolina Reaper, Red Habanero, Hungarian Wax, Greek Pepperoncini, Cayenne, Jalapeno), thyme, oregano, sage, garlic, onion.

Scorch Garden’s first pizza seasoning.  Our milder peppers, tomato, garlic, basil, oregano, and more, but no salt, give this a spicy, tangy, irresistible pizza punch.  Can be used on things other than pizza and could potentially make you question what food you like best.

Ingredients:
Ground Chilis (
Cayenne, Hungarian Wax, Greek Pepperoncini), tomato, oregano, basil, kale, parsley, garlic, onion.

Its taco night in a shaker.  Just a few flicks of this salt free food flavoring, and your face will be flipping out from the fiery fiesta of flavor.  This taco topper will be a show stopper, or at least contribute to tomorrow’s toilet stopper upper.

Ingredients:
Ground Chilis (Trinidad Scorpion, Bhut Jolkoia, Carolina Reaper, Red Habanero, Hungarian Wax, Greek Pepperoncini, Cayenne, Jalapeno), tomato, cilantro, cumin, oregano, garlic, onion.

We took a bit of smoke, a tempered amount of spice, an overabundance of herbs, and left out the salt and sugar.  A smooth blend of BBQ inspired spices and herbs.  It tastes like hard slap of, “more hard slapping, please”, if that’s even a thing.

Ingredients:
Smoked and Unsmoked Ground Chilis (Red Habanero, Greek Pepperoncini
), tomato, garlic, onion, basil, kale, thyme, sage, cumin, clove.

Great as an ingredient, but best as a topping.  Add to a batter for firey fish and chips.  Mix with breading for hot fried chicken.  Spice up mac n’ cheese, eggs, and chili.  Bring some real heat to your BBQ or popcorn. 

These dusts smell great, but are finely ground and will burn your nose.
