Clearing the Rooms

It’s handy that most rooms had a sink.  We don’t have to do much deciding on where the food prep and dishwashing rooms will be.

An empty room is one that is filled with potential.
After we pulled up the tile and scraped away the mastic, we moved the hood and sink in.
This is a $4500 hole.
The hood went up. Fun fact, it cost more than my last two cars combined.
A few more installs and a testing/certification later, the cookroom was complete.
