Ready for Prime Time

The building is done.  The equipment is in.  All the paperwork is in order.  We have the green light to make our sauces!

When fall arrived, the peppers began to pour in.
We got busy cleaning, grading, and sorting those beautiful pods.
Then more peppers started coming in.
So we kept cleaning, grading, and sorting peppers.
The Mennonite growers we partnered with kept sending us bushel after bushel of absolutely prefect peppers.
Our freezers started to fill up.
We got so many peppers, we had to buy another, bigger freezer.
That one began to quickly fill too. Luckily, the first batch of peppers was read to bottle.
