Based on a true story, The Cheese Thing is a tale of lactose, salt, herbs, and spice. The subject matter may be too intense for the intolerant. Proceed if you dare, you were warned.

Took a $2 chunk of pepper jack cheese. Cut it into sticks by cutting it into little planks, then cutting those in half. Simple enough.

Put those freeloaders into a bag and added a generous amount of, Brim Stone and sprinkled in some kosher salt. The salt really brings out the flavor of the cheese and herbs in the spice mix.

Made sure to keep a lot of air in the bag so when we shook and rolled the cheese, it had room to move around. Less than a minute later, all the pieces were coated nicely. Then, into the back fridge so they can think about what they have done.

Remembered that they were in the fridge the next day, and by the end of that day, they were gone. Later that night, in the wee hours of the morning, the spiced cheese sticks had their revenge. The next batch was put in the freezer, then batter dipped and fried up. Same revenge later that night as well.
